I love prep’d! I get all my meals from them and have been for a few months. It’s easy, convenient and delicious while still being nutritious. My favorite is the pot roast and the enchilada bowls. Amy is usually the one that’s there when I get my meals. She is always helpful and kind and makes every trip there personable!

I occasionally travel to Oklahoma City for training, and maintaining proper nutrition is essential for supporting the hard work I've put in at the gym. Prep'd helps me achieve this goal by offering a wide variety of delicious meals to choose from. Every meal I've purchased while staying in a hotel for the past three weeks has been so tasty that it's been hard to resist trying their other tempting options. I highly recommend stopping by to give them a try—you'll be glad you did!

Amazing food, and amazing service. I’ve been loving the convenience of having this type of service available to me! Makes my life so much easier, and keeps me on track with my diet. Meals are tasty and extremely consistent, both of these are vital. Not only is the food amazing, the customer service is even better. Twice in the few weeks I’ve placed orders to be delivered. And unfortunately we’ve had weather issues, but this didn’t stop Prep’d from making sure I have my meals available. The manager personally called me the first time to let me know my meals would be delivered early to ensure I’d have them available. And just now, at almost 1 AM… I just received my meals delivered before the winter storm hits in the morning. I wish I had placed the order earlier to avoid them having to stay working late in the cold and go out of their way to do this … but WOW! That is the epitome of good customer service.

Very happy with the taste and the focus on protein, carbs, fats, calories (Macros). Love it! Finally in a location close to me. Been waiting for a quality, walk-in/out location with awesome menus, size options, and attention to quality, healthy food at a reasonable price! Support these guys! Love it!

This place is great! My go to for work lunches, very affordable and very delicious with so many options to choose from. I picked up a chicken dish with green chili sauce and rice it was so good. Finally a guilt free place to eat during work.

I've been looking for a "Prep'd" for a long time. I am starting a new lifestyle change and needed meal prepping to help me. I messed up my order and the young man who greeted me helped me out tremendously! Great taste and the awesome thing is I don't have to worry about portion sizes. Thank you again!! You're always greeted with a friendly face and smile anytime you step foot in here. Staff is always willing to help answer questions. I love coming and getting food for the week. Sriracha breakfast burrito and the honey salmon are my favorites. The food is fresh and delicious.

I have been grabbing meals from Prep'd for years now and I have to say they are awesome! If you are looking for quick healthy meals that actually taste great, this is absolutely the place to go. They take all the work out of meal prepping plus you can get a variety throughout your week unlike if you prep it yourself! Don't hit a drive-thru, use Prep'd!!

The food here is super tasty and healthy, which I love! Customer service really helped me out when I couldn’t place my order online for delivery because it was short notice (wish that part could be a little easier). Their help was much appreciated. Seasoning is perfect, and everything we ordered was delicious. The chicken quesadilla is definitely a favorite! Can’t wait to order again next time we’re in town.
